Who we are

purplegreen.ai is a brand of Security Monster BV, Belgium (VAT BE 0508.516.263), the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: use the contact form or write to [email protected].

Visiting the website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.

Contact and access-request forms

When you send a form, we receive your name, e-mail address and message, and use them only to reply and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering it.

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. It processes technical browser signals, without cookies for tracking.
• The message is delivered to our mailbox through Scaleway Transactional Email (France).
• We keep messages as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and at most two years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.

purplegreen MDM customers

When an organisation uses purplegreen MDM, it decides which devices and people are managed. For that data we act as a processor under a data processing agreement with the customer, available on request.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Contact us as above. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
